Please note that FlyHonest is a booking facilitator, not an airline. Your flight ticket is a direct contract between you and the respective airline, and is subject to that airline’s specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
2. User Obligations & Bookings
When making a booking on FlyHonest.com, you agree that:
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete details (including full legal names, passport information, and contact details matching your travel documents). FlyHonest is not responsible for booking errors caused by incorrect data entry.
Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Financial Responsibility: You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
3. Pricing and Payments
True to our name, FlyHonest believes in 100% transparency:
Displayed Rates: The price displayed at the time of final confirmation includes applicable taxes and fees.
Price Adjustments: Airline ticket prices are volatile and can change rapidly. A booking is only guaranteed once payment is successfully processed and an Electronic Ticket (E-Ticket) number is issued.
Payment Security: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Airline Policies: All modifications, cancellations, and refunds are strictly subject to the rules and penalty fees of the specific airline you booked with.
FlyHonest Service Fee: Depending on the ticket type, FlyHonest may charge a standard, transparent administrative fee to process changes or refunds on your behalf.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Some promotional or economy tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable as per airline guidelines.
5. Travel Documents and Regulations
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements for their destination. You must secure valid:
Passports (usually valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates).
Visas or transit visas.
Required health declarations or vaccinations.
FlyHonest is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry into a country due to incomplete travel documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlyHonest strives for 100% platform accuracy. However, we are not liable for:
Any flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, or unexpected scheduling changes made by the airlines.
Acts of God, force majeure, or political unrest affecting your travel plans.
Indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of our platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use FlyHonest.com for:
Any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
Deep-linking, scraping, or copying website content using automated bots without our explicit written permission.
Any activity that violates local or international laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of FlyHonest.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
